The working position at RT Enterprises grew from a wholesale rep to a webmaster for the brand. Shana was the assistant for managing multiple websites, www.flagandsignusa.com, www.neoplexonline.com, chalkboard-usa.com. rtboxes.com, and speakerboxesusa.com.

This work included performing keyword research and analysis, implementing metadata, schema, and curating custom graphics.

Shana was in charge of adding new products to all of the websites, writing copy for each new product, and optimizing images by adjusting the size for optimal page speed and adding logos with Photoshop, ensuring proper image names were used, and using alt text.

Shana also ran paid ads on Google, curating the camping from start to finish which included: performing keyword and competitor research, implementing keywords in ads and on web pages, selecting images for ads, and measuring campaign success/fails.

In addition, she also created visual graphics and used HTML for advertising email campaigns, maintained the mailing lists. She was also in charge of maintaining Facebook and Pinterest business pages and responded to questions from customers on social media.
